Gifts To Die For Returns Policy

We have a no quibble returns policy.

If you've ordered from us and you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, you can return it to us its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it.

We will refund the cost in full (less original delivery and return delivery costs if paid for by Hen Nights To Die For) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting certificate (free of charge) from the Post Office.

Should you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order online.

Damaged Goods & Incorrect Orders

Items returned due to an error on our part or due to damage, defects or faults, will receive a full refund, including the original delivery charge and the cost of the item's return.

Refunds will be made in the form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please allow 10 days from date of posting for us to process your refund.

Hen Nights To Die For check all items returned as damaged, defective or faulty and reserve the right refuse a refund should no damage, defect or fault be found.

The following items may NOT be exchanged or refunded:

• Personalised items (including but not limited to t-shirts, clothing and stationery)
• Bikinis, underwear and pierced earrings
• Items which have been removed from their original packaging (excluding faulty or damaged items)
• Downloaded games
• Sale items

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
